Butch's Memorial Garden

Hello,

I am Kim Melton and I am fundraising for a memorial garden for our mom and friend, Butch Melton. Our mom was a lifelong resident of Rutherfordton and worked at Dalton's for 45 years. Her passion for beauty was not only in clothes but gardens and flowers. To share her passion for gardening and beauty, along with the help of Dot and Lindy Abrams and the Town of Rutherfordton, our family would like to establish a memorial garden in Rutherfordton. This garden, Main Street Park, is beside the building where she spent many hours helping others feel and look their best.

The money collected from this fundraiser will be used to buy plants to brighten and bring color to main street Rutherfordton.
