Last week we found out that Buster tore his cranial cruciate ligament (ACL in humans) and will be needing TPLO surgery. His lab work unfortunately showed high liver enzymes (4X what he had a year ago) and they are fearful he has a tumor in his liver, in which case surgery won’t happen. We have an ultrasound scheduled for Monday morning to see how we can best proceed.
My family and I have been on the receiving end of so much help this past year on so many levels, it feels absolutely awful to have to ask for it again. Funds will be used to cover the tests/X-rays that have already happened as well as the ultrasound and (pending) surgery, and aftercare.
