Help Oliver live

Hi my name is Bri and Oliver is my almost 7 year old cat. Oliver has a severe medical issue causing him to not be able to pee. If this issue isn’t fixed within the next few days to a week I will have to put Oliver down as I cannot afford the procedure and if I don’t do either he would die a very painful death. If Oliver doesn’t get his obstruction removed his bladder would explode and he’d die of being septic and kidney failure. The procedure is a little over $4000 to $5400. I’m asking for help so I can save my sweet boy and not let him cross the rainbow bridge too soon. Anything helps even just a share!
