Help Us Rebuild After a Tragic Loss

Hello, my name is Correana, and I’m reaching out during the most heartbreaking time of my life.

After already losing my mother, I’m now facing the unimaginable pain of losing my father, Nick Cogswell — my greatest support, my provider, and the one person who held our small family together as I recovered from a difficult divorce.

My dad was tragically taken from us in a motorcycle accident involving a man who had just left a liquor store, believed to be under the influence and an absconded felon. This senseless and sudden loss has left me and my two toddlers reeling, not just emotionally but financially and logistically.

My father was the one on our lease, and with his passing, we are now being forced to move from our home. I’m doing my best to navigate this storm, but with two young children and limited resources, I need help to get us back on our feet.

This fundraiser will go directly toward:

- Funeral and memorial costs to lay my dad to rest with the dignity he deserves

- Securing new housing and covering moving expenses

- Basic living needs for me and my children as we transition into this next chapter
