Laura our Finance Director, and Darren our Development Manager are taking part in AJ Bell Great Manchester 10k run on the 18th May 2025 on behalf of Hive Homes to raise money for Bury Hospice to support their free palliative, and end-of-life care to people in the local community with a life-limiting illness.

We have chosen this charity as Hospices play a vital part within our communities at a time when people need them most. Bury Hospice is local to two of our developments Roedeer Gardens, Seedfield and Scholars Park, School Street which will become communities who will benefit from these important charity services.

Dementia is very close to our hearts after losing close family to this illness. Grief, loss, and bereavement are some of the hardest emotions to cope with, and Hopices and supportive charities are vital to support families going through such hard times. We would therefore like to give back to Charities to help with end-of-life care in our adventures to raise money for multiple charities and Bury Hospice being first.
