Hi Friends....
As most of you now know, my dear friend Sara is currently fighting a battle that no one should ever have to go through. Sara has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer that has spread to her liver, lymph nodes and lungs. In usual "Sara fashion", she is taking this battle head on with a positive attitude, humor and a superhuman strength, which I have always known her to have through any situation.
Sara is a true gem of a human with a zest for life, a heart the size of the earth and someone who is always there when you need her. For this and so many other endless reasons, I am starting this fundraiser for her. I want to lessen the financial stress and burden from her and her husband, so that she can focus on her treatments and getting well.
Most importantly and aside from any financial help, Sara will need our love, support, positive vibes and prayers through her journey to KICK CANCER'S ASS! She has got this!!!!
I will update Sara's progress as much as I can on this page . Thank you for taking the time to stop and read. Please feel free to post comments, pictures, stories, jokes, etc., anything to share with Sara to help keep the spirits high in life's challenging time.
