Burrells Charity Game

Hi all,

We are raising money for a dear friend, Matt Burrell and his family who has been given the terrible news he has an acute and aggressive form of Leukaemia. After receiving the news he was rushed to St. Bart’s hospital in London City where he has stayed for several weeks. He has just started his 4th round of chemo treatment and will await the results in the upcoming weeks with him being treated as an outpatient now.

Matt is a young healthy, 26 year old who loved to play football, and played with myself, Luke and many of his friends in football teams over the years. Therefore, we have decided with the help and organisation of Corinthians Football Club to help raise funds for him and his family at this difficult time. Funds will help the family massively in their efforts to support Matt and stay close to him at this difficult time.
