Burquenita goes to Washington DC

Hello!! My name is Sarita Sol Gonzalez and I am a eleven year old aspiring chicana poet from Albuquerque, NM. I am one of the youngest poets in Burque's vibrant and supportive poetry community. I have been invited by the U.S. Poet Laureate, Mr. Juan Felipe Hererra, to share the stage with him in Washington DC for his final lecture of his laureateship at the Library of Congress on April 13th 2016. I am very honored to be recognized by a long time leader and advocate of the literary and chicano communities, but I need your help to get me there! I have some amazing thank you packages at different tiers of donations or please donate what you can because every little bit helps. Below is a link to the Press Release from the Library of Congress for this event. Please help me bring a little bit of Burque to DC!
Thank you for your help!
