Update as of 3/2:  Our sweet and brave friend, Mondayna, passed away this morning.  We will miss her dearly.

Her family will still need our support and prayer. I'll keep this site up for a few weeks. Thanks to everyone that have donated.

Hello, my name is Lisa Conway and with the permission of the Burke family, I am creating this fund to help them during this difficult time.

My strong and inspirational friend, Mondayna Klepser Burke, is battling cancer once again. This time it's come back with a vengeance and in order to treat the cancer, Mondayna must be able to overcome the pain. The cancerous tumor in Mondayna's arm is surrounded by nerves which results in constant agonizing discomfort.  Her only form of relief is to be on very high doses of pain medication that requires full time bedside support.  

Mondayna is a dedicated mother to Brooklynn (8th grade) and Payton (Sophomore). Her husband, John, has been working long hours in order to continue her medical care and provide for the family. Due to John's work schedule, they rely on friends and family to take care of Mondayna and everyday necessities. (Mondayna runs a very tight ship in their house - it's always clean and very organized.  We've promised to keep it that way while she tries to get better.)

Mondayna is a fighter. Even though it's much tougher this time she's determined to beat it again.

All the donations will go towards medical bills and other necessary costs to help support Mondayna as she continues to fight this battle. We know that donating is hard right now and we would gladly accept prayers as well.
