Frances Mathis was a force of nature that impacted people all over with her stoic charm and epic personality. As a Community Leader, CSEA Union President, Librarian, Activist, Decorator, Church Goer, Advocate, Friend, Sister, Aunt, Wife and Mother, she was the rock that many turned to for advice and support.
