We are the family of David DeShon. 

At around midnight Wednesday night, David DeShon made a call saying “He was distressed after his vehicle became stuck on mile marker 19 on Mosquito Ridge Road.” He was found by the search and rescue team of Placer County deceased 600 yards from his home. David Deshon was an amazing, hardworking, caring, compassionate, loving man, a bright smile and laugh that could make anyone’s day. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School the year of 69. He loved the outdoors life, being with his dogs, gold mining, seeing his family when possible and being in the wilderness. David was a caring man who cared about so many individuals and animals. He will be leaving his Siblings-Lynn, Daughter-Shona and Son-Travis, Grandkids- Paul and Savannah and Great Grand-Daughter-Quinn and as well as his two dogs (his babies- Baby and Buddy). During the death of David, his dog Baby Dog stayed with him the entire time till his death, up until search and rescue could find a neighbor to get Baby Dog, as Baby Dog was not leaving David’s side. Unfortunately our family is having a financial hardship with the financial needs to carry this great man to lay at peace. David was loved by many friends and family. It is a story that will touch many heart's of the passing of this great man. Anything helps our family. He is still with us and lives in our hearts. He is now with God and the angels. We hope your dancing in the sky and singing with the angels choir. We bet it’s so nice in Heaven since David has arrived.
