Hello, I'm coming to you today on behalf of the Carter & Hudgins Family and my children. As most may know it's with deep regret that we're informing everyone of the untimely passing of Kristen "Fatt Joe" Carter and Tationa "Tyee" Hudgins. On Wednesday, February 08, 2023, our lives were once again shattered by another violent and senseless crime, that claimed the lives of 2 siblings also injuring four others including both of Tationa's children ages 3 and 8 who remain hospitalized. As you can imagine this life-altering and very devasting event has not only stolen our precious angels but left our families heartbroken, inconsolable and uncertain of the future.

I've organized this campaign to solicit much-needed help for our family during this difficult time of bereavement. The sudden loss of Kristen and Tationa has left our family shattered. We're simply not prepared for the costs of two funerals. Your kindness and generosity will help us give Kristen and Tationa both a proper memorial service and burial. Your help will also ease the burdens along this journey of navigating our new lives without our loved ones.

It is deeply appreciated and will forever be remembered by the families of Kristen and Tationa.
