John is within hours of going home with the Angel's.  John had retired from the Sturgis Fire Department where he was the Asst  Fire Chief and an EMT. John never seen a stranger and helped everyone. Now we need your help in fulfilling  John 's last wishes.  He wants to be cremated and put to rest at Wolf Creek Cemetery in Eldorado Illinois.   Therefore we are raising funds to help with the cost of his cremation and other burial expenses.  If we receive more donations than what is necessary we will make a donation to the local American Legion post where John is a member.
