Burial Expenses for Jason Clayton Cook

Hi. My name is Caitlyn Wash. My dad, Jason Cook had been in the hospital since early October. Due to his liver transplant rejecting, he passed away November 29, 2021. leaving behind his mother, sister, wife, son, daughter & granddaughter. we want to give him the memorial that he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. anyone that knew him, knew he was down to earth & made everyone around him laugh.  to know him was to love him. we would really like to reach our goal of $4000 to cover all the memorial costs.
