Burial Expenses for Chaz and help for Danielle

Chaz was a sweet little boy born with a debilitating disease. He was cared for 24/7 by his loving mother Danielle, a single mom.  She was there for him for all of his 23 years of life, right until the very end. Chaz passed away unexpectedly Sunday. Please help ease the burden of burial expenses and other expenses associated with this tragedy.
