Wth a heavy heart, the Felix Matias family shares the unexpected passing of Mario Felix Matias, 54, who passed away early this morning after many difficult weeks in the Intensive Care Unit.

While he established a wonderful life in the United States, he always held immense pride for his Guatemalan heritage and his home country.

As his passing was quick and unforeseen, the family is now faced with significant and unplanned expenses for his final arrangements. Their heartfelt desire is to honor Mario by returning him to his homeland of Guatemala to be laid to rest.
