Dad lived a fulfilling life with love and laughter. Some of his favorite memories were those spent with family on Main Street. He cherished every moment with us, whether it was just hanging out, sharing stories, or enjoying a meal together. Family was everything to him.
He had a motto that guided him: “Be real, be yourself, never be fake.” It was a lesson he instilled in all of us, and it’s something we’ll carry forward. He had a genuine spirit that drew people to him; everyone loved him for his authenticity and warmth.
And who could forget his signature phrase? “I’m the man!” He’d say it with a grin that could light up any room. That confidence, mixed with his humor, made him someone you couldn’t help but admire.
Though he faced the challenges of white matter disease, he’s finally at peace, free from pain. Let’s honor his memory by sharing stories, laughing together, and remembering him the way he would want us to—full of joy and love. His spirit will always be with us, reminding us to live fully and to be ourselves.
