Corey Farmer was 19 years old and grew up in Washington, DC attending DC Public Charter Schools graduating in 2017. After high school he worked two jobs and assisted his mom whenever he could. He was such a loving person and was very close to his family. He loved to dance and bought happiness to everyone he met. With his bright smile and personality the family is having a hard time coping knowing he was taken so young and is no longer with them.
On Tuesday, February 19 2019, after running errands he was a victim of a crime right outside of his apartment. An innocent young man shot while in his car. Corey was such a great person with a big heart and this has shocked the family as they were not prepared for this tragedy. He fought a hard fight for a week in the hospital before leaving this earth on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.
We are asking for donations to help his family with burial expenses and medical expenses in order to honor and celebrate his life appropriately. The family appreciates any and all donations and would like donations by March 15, 2019.
