This page has been setup in hopes of collecting funds for the untimely and unanticipated loss of my uncle, Arturo "Burgie" Perez, Jr.   At the young age of 60, he was recently admitted to Cottage Hospital for a bad case of pneumonia... and never came home.  After over two weeks of battling the infection, his body decided that it it needed to rest and could no longer handle the stress and medication.  He fought so hard to the end and we are so proud of him.   We are deeply saddened by this loss, but know that he is watching over all of us from heaven.  He was a friend to all and known and loved by many.  His son, Arturo was his life... his best friend and side-kick and he lost his father way too soon. 

We are unaware of the costs that are to come for the hospital bills but have set a goal for funeral and medical expenses so that his 25 year-old son doesn't have to worry about anything but healing and praying for his dad.  Any donation large or small is appreciated.  There is an 8% fee charged by GoFundMe so if you would like to mail a donation or contact me about gifting, please feel free to contact me through this page regarding other options. Thank you all and God bless.
