I'm an Emergency Nurse who has Severe Tardive Dyskinesia due to Seroquel use. I am unable to function, although I can now manage to feed myself. I am trying to raise funds for equipment, medication, Physio, OT, Speech Pathology, Dietician, Reiki etc
