Help fund buoys to mark the rock piles at the mouth of the Rock River at Lake Koshkonong near Blackhawk Island in Jefferson County, Wisconsin.
These rocks have easily caused well over $100,000 in damage to boats in the last 2-3 years alone! This damage is unnecessary and you can help.
Buoys cost approximately $800 each! Your donation will help fund 6 channel markers (3 red & 3 green) to mark safe passage, and warning buoys to indicate rock piles are nearby.
If we surpass the goal we will target the swimming areas, and the purchase of temporary markers for obstructions that tend to come and go.
