These donations will help Mitch Ringquist preserve the Bunk House Lodge in Breckenridge, CO. The Bunk House Lodge was built in the mid-sixties and contains a two-room log cabin dating back to 1892. On June 5, 2025, we were listed on the National Register of Historic Places and received a plaque to commemorate this honor on June 14 during the opening ceremony of Breckenridge Gay Pride.

Over the past decade, I have been financing some much-needed renovations to transform the rustic gay men's lodge into a rustic chic LGBTQ+ hetero-friendly lodge. The renovations have been costly, and we are now eligible for grant monies to help offset expenses. Donations will cover the cost of my most recent remodel of a second common bathroom and my 4th ladder-accessed loft.
