Bungee Jump for Teenage Cancer Trust
Hello, for those of you who don’t know me I’m Hollie and on the 14th of May I’m going to be doing a bungee jump to raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust. 1 in 2 people will develop some form of cancer in their lifetime. It’s a scary fact.
My cousin Josh passed away from ewings sarcoma when he was only 15. Ewings sarcoma is a form of cancer that grows in bones and the soft tissue around bones, it mainly occurs in children and young adults but can happen at any age.
I never got to meet Josh, he was taken too soon, but my sister was very close to him and when I asked about him she said ‘he was great fun to be around, he had a massive smile that lit up the room, funny, had a big heart, cheeky, not sure i can say this but the best cousin ever and the best friend you could ever have’.
I chose teenage cancer trust to fundraise for in hope that the donations make even the slightest difference to the young people experiencing cancer. Thank you for taking the time to read, any and all donations are massively appreciated
