Hi Im Lisa, and I’m reaching out for help after a terrifying emergency procedure  with my dog Albus —

Albus had a bully stick chew get lodged deep in his throat.

 I rushed him to the 24 hour emergency vet. The only way to save him was through an emergency endoscopic procedure to pull the chew out. The cost was $8,000 and would need to be paid up front .

I had no choice but to take out a high interest care credit .If you're not familiar with care credit its used to pay for emergency unexpected medical or vet bills and can be approved quickly if you need to pay upfront for a procedure.

This is a loan I knew I couldn't repay .. I would be forced to let him go. Hes only 5 years old so were just getting started with a lot of life ahead for him. Us 

I would need to ask for help from my community.

The procedure was originally quoted to me for $8,000, Luckily Big Love Animal Rescue found an orthopedic  veterinarian surgeon 

Dr. Pedraza owner of Sevilla Pet Hospital in Santa Monica that would save Albus' life and remove the blockage for $4,000 

 Albus has already overcome so much in his life.

He’s a survivor — incredibly resilient and he brings light into my life every single day. 

After everything he’s endured and conquered, an unsuccessful spinal surgery, becoming paralyzed and learning how to use his wheelchair ,I couldn’t let this be the thing that ended his story.

As embarrassing as it is to let everyone ive ever known, know I cant afford the loan to take care of the one I love most and the one who depends on me the most. 

If my facebook friends old and new if 125 friends donate $20 it would recover the devastating hardship of this emergency.
