This GoFundMe is for BULA FIJI MINISTRY, JEFF AND JENNIFER WALLEN I’ve known Jeff and Jennifer for over 15 years. I’ve seen their HEARTS and LOVE for PEOPLE that they have shown in many ways. They’ve always had a heart to serve. The island of FIJI has called the Wallen’s !! PLEASE, HELP ME HELP THEM !! Below are the words of the PASSION they have for ministry and the NEEDS that must be met in order for them to fulfill KINGDOM BUILDING!!
God has called us to serve in ministry with the local people of Fiji who are destitute, caught up in cults, and are needing the hope that can be found through Christ Jesus.
Most people don't realize that over 75% of Fiji is below the poverty line. What you see advertised of white sand beaches, crystal clear water, and palms trees is not the "real life" of local Fijians. There is also a large Hindu populations over 46%.
Funds donated through here are going back into the ministry through our one-on-one discipleship, home church and Bible study, children's and young adult ministry, as well as our meal sharing.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 ~ "This is written on a cross that we have carried with us through our travels. Life is a Journey and God has brought us here for a purpose.”
We are in NEED of support. ANYTHING would help. A one time donation or if you would like to make a monthly pledge to donate a certain amount either is needed and appreciated. Funds needed for the following:
MINISTRY NEEDS to help with our Home Church, Discipleship, and Meal Sharing to include:
Bibles (both for adult and children's Bibles)
Audiovisual needed for worship and for teaching i.e.
A/V - small TV, projector/screen
Workbooks and materials for children's ministry and for the youth & young adults. Additional books and materials for crafts.
Food - We are helping to give to those around us and our goal is to help get additional options out to some of the outer islands. The more funds we have the more we can do for the children that we know out side of school meals have very little. This is a huge part of our ministry as it allows us into doors that normally would not be accepting of the Gospel. It has been truly amazing to see God work.
WALLEN FAMILY LIVING EXPENSES
To helps us cover the next two months living expenses.
We are looking for ways to help support ourselves and have a couple opportunities, but it will be a couple months before those start and/or cover our expenses. We need to raise $3000 to get us through the next 2 months.
