Help Us Keep the Sienna Wings Dream Alive ❤️
A JOURNEY OF RESILIENCE AND DREAMS
Our story began in a one-bedroom apartment in New York, where my mom, Monique, and I were rebuilding our lives after facing homelessness. During one of her “Wing and Wine Wednesdays,” I was just 8 years old when I created my first sauce—completely by accident—but it sparked a dream that would change our lives.
By the time I was 14, we were selling wings out of our home in Sienna, Texas. “Deep Fryer Wing Fridays” quickly turned into something bigger, and that’s when Sienna Sauce was born. With grit, grace, and community support, we grew that little dream into a brand that’s now surpassed $1 million in sales.
And this past year, at just 19, I opened my first restaurant—Sienna Wings—right in the same community that’s loved us from the beginning, becoming one of the youngest restaurant owners in Texas.
We were just about to celebrate our 2-year anniversary this August. But today, I’m writing this with a heavy heart.
We’ve just received 30 days’ notice that the building we’re in—Harvest Market—is shutting down. That means Sienna Wings is being forced to close. We didn’t see this coming, and we’re doing everything we can to stay hopeful and proactive—but moving a restaurant on such short notice is incredibly difficult.
If we were to lease a shell space or a second-generation restaurant space, it would still require a significant investment—things like:
Permits and inspections
Buildout and construction
Updated equipment
Signage and branding
Lease deposits and triple net expenses
All while trying to keep our team employed and continue serving the community that’s helped us grow.
We started with a dream—and today, we stand as a symbol of what’s possible with heart, hustle, and community. Whether you’ve dined with us, shared our story, or simply believe in the power of purpose-driven entrepreneurship, your support helps carry this vision forward.
This isn’t just about wings. It’s about legacy, community, and possibility. It’s about showing young dreamers—especially those who’ve been counted out—that anything is possible when you lead with passion, faith, and a village behind you.
We believe the only way to fail is by giving up—and that’s not who we are.
With deep love and gratitude,
