My name is Satoya Hayes, and I am the Founder of the Million Dollar Youth Program, a youth entrepreneurship program created to give young people ages 10–17 the opportunity to learn how to build, launch, and operate a real e-commerce business.

Our mission is simple: our children shouldn't have to wait until adulthood to learn about business ownership, money, investing, and financial independence.

Through our 8-week program, students receive hands-on entrepreneurship education while working toward launching their own e-commerce hair extensions business and building a business portfolio they can continue developing after graduation.

Throughout the program, students learn:

• Week 1 – Legal Foundation: Understanding how legitimate businesses are structured and established.

• Week 2 – Product Knowledge: Learning about products, quality, vendors, customers, and the hair industry.

• Week 3 – Branding: Creating their business identity and professional brand.

• Week 4 – Building a Shopify Website: Learning how to create and operate an e-commerce store.

• Week 5 – Social Media Content & Advertising: Learning how to use social media as a business and marketing tool.

• Week 6 – Profit Planning: Understanding pricing, expenses, revenue, profit, working capital, and responsible business spending.

• Week 7 – Save, Invest & Grow: Learning the importance of saving profits, investing, and planning for future growth.

• Week 8 – Graduation, Launch & Pitch: Students present what they've built and celebrate becoming young CEOs.

Why We Need Your Help

We want this educational program to remain free for participating youth.

Our goal is to initially serve 30 young entrepreneurs, and donations will help us provide the resources necessary to give them a meaningful, hands-on experience.

Funds raised will help support student workbooks and educational materials, technology and software, business-development resources, website and branding assistance, graduation materials, educational activities, workshops, field trips, refreshments for in-person activities, and other program expenses.

Beauty 2 Extensions supports the Million Dollar Youth Program by providing industry knowledge and resources that help expose students to the hair and beauty e-commerce industry. Students are not required to purchase inventory to participate in the educational program.

Our Vision Goes Beyond Graduation

Graduation isn't the end.

Students become Million Dollar Youth Program Alumni and can continue receiving education and guidance as their businesses grow.

As our young entrepreneurs gain experience, our long-term vision is to create opportunities for interested graduates—with their parents or guardians involved—to explore partnerships and collective ownership, including the possibility of eventually developing a youth-led beauty supply store or salon business.

We aren't simply teaching children how to sell a product.

We're teaching them about ownership.

We're teaching them how to understand profit, communicate professionally, save money, invest, build a brand, serve customers, and turn an idea into something they can call their own.
