Building Unstoppable Impact & Unshakeable Identity in the Next Generation

My name is John, and what you’re reading isn’t the start of a small project. It’s the next chapter of a movement that’s been building quietly, powerfully, and purposefully for years.

For decades, I’ve been in leadership. Forty years in the hospitality industry taught me how people think,

how they grow, where they break, and what they need to stand strong again. I’ve trained teams,

coached individuals, mentored leaders, and watched countless people wrestle with the same root issue:

They don’t know who they are.

That realization turned into a calling I couldn’t outrun.

God placed a message on my heart that became the foundation of my life’s work:

Help people exchange the pursuit of success for a life of significance.

Over time, that message grew into the movement known as Built for Significance—a faith-rooted coaching mission anchored in Ephesians 2:10.

I’ve watched it change adults, leaders, business owners, and everyday people who desperately needed clarity, identity, and direction.

It expanded into a course.

A coaching framework.

A podcast.

A community.

A message of hope, confidence, and purpose.

But while pouring into adults, something became painfully clear:

If we want to change a generation, we have to reach them before adulthood.

Let’s be honest:

By the time someone hits 25, 30, 40… the world has already carved its imprint on their identity.

But if you reach a young person early— if you give them identity, purpose, clarity, and spiritual grounding before the world confuses them— you don’t just change one life.

You change their future.

Their choices.

Their confidence.

Their leadership.

Their families.

Their legacy.

Which brings us here.

INTRODUCING: PROJECT: BLT4SIG (YOUTH DIVISION)

This is the youth expansion of the Built for Significance movement—something I’ve prayed about, resisted, surrendered to, and now fully embraced.

Project: BLT4SIG will become a youth-focused nonprofit dedicated to building:

• unshakeable identity

• unstoppable impact

• biblical purpose

• leadership skills

• emotional resilience

• internal confidence

• real-world wisdom

• clarity of direction

We are stepping into a generation overwhelmed by pressure, confusion, fear, and constant noise.

Social pressure is louder than truth. Comparison is louder than confidence. Fear is louder than vision.

Our kids aren’t just struggling.

They’re drowning.

And God has not called me to sit back and watch it happen. He’s called me to build something that

stands in the gap.

WHAT THIS MOVEMENT WILL DO FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

This isn't a motivational seminar. This is identity work. This is leadership formation. This is equipping young people with tools most adults never received.

This movement will teach students how to:

• Build their identity in Christ

• Understand their purpose

• Lead themselves before leading others

• Make strong decisions without fear

• Develop resilience under pressure

• Break free from comparison

• Strengthen their confidence

• Believe in their gifts and calling

• Walk in purpose, not approval

• Step boldly into the future God designed for them

Imagine a student gaining this at 13 instead of 33.

At 16 instead of 60.

It changes everything.

WHY AM I RAISING FUNDS

Launching the youth division of Built for Significance requires a real foundation—structurally, legally, creatively, and practically.

The funds raised here will support:

• Curriculum development and youth teaching materials

• Digital and physical resources for students

• Video teachings and production equipment

• School, ministry, and community outreach

• Travel for youth workshops and events

• Initial formation groundwork toward nonprofit status

• Administrative and startup costs

• Marketing and awareness to reach families, youth groups, and communities

Basic lighting upgrades, improved audio quality, essential editing tools, and production materials required to create the youth and adult teaching content.

3. Outreach Events, Youth Workshops & Community Impact Materials:

Pilot sessions, early workshops, journals, printed materials, transportation needs, and small-scale youth engagement kits.

4. Initial Merchandise (Youth Identity & Project Awareness):

Prototype shirts, stickers, wristbands, journals, and limited-run merch for identity-building, youth engagement, and donor gifts.

5. Website & Digital Infrastructure:

Initial development of the Built for Significance website, hosting, security, essential landing pages, donation integrations, and the youth project hub starter tools.

6. Nonprofit Formation & Legal Fees:

Beginning the process toward official youth nonprofit status: state filing, early legal guidance, consulting, and foundational accounting setup.

These aren’t “business expenses.” They are the backbone of the mission. A youth nonprofit cannot grow without reliable digital tools. A leadership movement cannot expand without a strong, stable foundation. And this generation cannot be reached without the systems that carry the message, the resources, the events, and the hope they desperately need.
