For years, I’ve dreamed of creating a safe, loving sanctuary for animals who have nowhere else to go — a place where they can stay for as long as they need. Tillie’s Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary will provide healing, stability, and compassionate care, allowing many animals the time and support they need to eventually be adopted into loving homes, while ensuring that those who cannot be adopted will always have a safe place to stay.

This fundraiser supports the first steps toward making that vision real, including securing properly zoned land, initial setup costs, and essential care for rescued animals. Every donation helps build a haven where animals are never rushed, discarded, or forgotten — but safe, valued, and loved.

Tillie’s Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary is currently in the early startup phase and is not yet a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through this GoFundMe are not tax-deductible at this time. We are actively exploring fiscal sponsorship or establishing nonprofit status so the sanctuary can operate as a registered charity in the future. Until that time, all funds raised are used exclusively for animal care, rescue-related expenses, and legitimate startup costs for the sanctuary.
