Mental Health is a serious problem in the construction sector. Construction Sport has been founded by experienced construction operatives who understand the demands in this tough industry. The long hours, working away from home and physical fatigue all takes its toll, not only on the operatives work life but also on their family life too. It is totally unacceptable that we currently lose two construction workers every day to suicide.

At Construction Sport we truly believe that through collaboration and the power of sport we can drive positive change.
