Audrey was born with a rare muscle disease called Nemaline Myopathy. NM symptoms range widely in severity, but almost all patients experience significant problems with mobility and breathing in their day to day lives. For Audrey that means wearing custom orthotics, using a wheelchair for longer distances, and sleeping with a ventilator every night.
