Building Strength Boxes

Hi there! My name is Abby Stevens. I am a patient at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. I have been an outpatient for many years and have also been inpatient at Munson Hospital in Traverse City. I am so grateful for everything Mott has done for me and my health, they are amazing at what they do. However, I understand what a
struggle it is for anyone, but particularly kids, to be in the hospital. It can be lonely, painful, and depressing. I have decided that I want to make a difference in kid's lives and their hospital stay. I understand how hard it is to be in the hospital so, I am here to brighten the stay for you! I create many boxes to deliver to Mott. These boxes are filled with goodies, such as, toys, comfort items, stress relievers, decor, blankets, and overall things to lift spirits. I am calling this campaign "Building Strength." I chose this name to emphasize the fact that being in the hospital or living with a diagnosis does not have to make one weaker, but can actually BUILD STRENGTH.
