Support Benny’s Beans- a grassroots movement that aims to feed, house and educate the homeless children of Tana in Madagascar.

Benny's Beans Charity Organization sprouted from a humble kitchen, where the aroma of cooking beans and rice became the catalyst for a heartfelt mission. In a small act of kindness, I begun serving this nourishing meal to hungry kids, and from that simple gesture, grew the seeds of a small organization dedicated to sowing hope, promoting literacy and providing essentials for a brighter future.

Since coming to Madagascar 2022, I’ve been thinking of ways to sustainably support the homeless children that often must eat from garbage containers for their daily food and, in turn, can get very sick; in addition to the harsh conditions here, it has resulted in child mortality.

The rainy season is always detrimental here, and with them living rough, they have no roof over their heads to shelter during the heavy downpours, worsening the situation for many young vulnerable children.

Currently, I've got open doors at a school on weekends for education, games and meals. We have a lot of local support from our volunteer group. We also provide other much-needed resources, such as new clothes, soap, school resources and medicine.

I'm paying out of my own pocket for the continuation for this project therefore you can rest easy knowing ALL donations will be spent to provide resources to the people living rough on the streets of Tana, including the cost of food, packaging, and any other supplies we will buy and donate to the children in need.

In our heartfelt mission, we strive to ignite the spark of literacy and creativity among the vulnerable kids of Madagascar. Beyond knowledge, we extend our arms to provide nourishing food, clean water and secure shelter. together let us build a foundation for self-sustainable opportunities, weaving a tapestry of resilience and hope for these young souls in need.
