Help Us Build Jaxon’s Academy – A Safe Place for Children with Autism
Hello, my name is Jacquelyn Jones.
I am a proud mother of two boys, and my journey into this work began with my youngest son, who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and epilepsy at just three years old. Like many parents, I faced the overwhelming challenge of navigating therapies, education, and finding the right support system for my child. Through that journey, I quickly realized how limited accessible, high-quality resources are—especially for families in underserved communities.
That experience changed my life.
It inspired me to create something bigger than my own story—a place where children like my son, and so many others, can feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Jaxon’s Academy Inc. is a nonprofit, private special education school located in Florissant, Missouri. Our mission is to provide individualized, high-quality education and support services for children with Autism and other special needs, particularly those in underserved and minority communities.
We officially received the keys to our school on March 31, 2026, and are currently in the renovation phase. While this is an exciting milestone, it also comes with significant costs as we work to transform the space into a safe, structured, and sensory-friendly learning environment for our future students.
We are raising funds to help cover:
Classroom renovations and safety modifications
Sensory equipment and learning materials
Furniture and supplies for student learning spaces
Technology and resources to support individualized instruction
Every dollar donated brings us one step closer to opening our doors and changing lives.
This is more than a school—it’s a community, a support system, and a place where children will be seen, valued, and given the tools they need to succeed.
If you are able, please consider donating and sharing our story. Your support will directly impact the lives of children and families who need it most.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of this journey.
