Hello, my name is Leticia Bravo! I live in California and have dedicated my life to serving others, both as a missionary and as a Certified Nurse Assistant for over 30 years. Caring for people, whether through physical healing or spiritual support, has always been my calling.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of participating in numerous mission trips. I’ve supported the Hope Rehabilitation Center (Centro de Rehabilitación La Esperanza) in Tijuana, Mexico, by providing essential items for men and women in recovery. I’ve also traveled to Cuba to bring gifts and basic necessities to children in need. Whenever possible, I’ve contributed donations to churches, striving to share love and hope wherever I can.

Recently, due to an injury, I’ve been unable to work, which has made it difficult for me to contribute financially to the mission work that’s so close to my heart. Despite this setback, I still feel deeply called to continue serving, because the need has never been greater.

That calling has also led me to found Go Serve Global, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing hope, healing, and resources to communities in need around the world. This GoFundMe is a direct extension of that mission.

I am planning to travel at the end of May or early June — if I am able to raise enough funds — to the village of Malava in Kakamega County, Kenya, where I’ll be helping to build a pastoral home and a school for the local community. After speaking with the local pastor and learning more about the hardships faced by the people there, I knew in my heart that this is where Yahweh is leading me next.

My mission is simple: to bring hope where there is hardship, and to plant seeds of faith, education, and love that will grow for generations to come.

I’m humbly asking for your support to help bring this vision to life. Your donation will go directly toward:

∙ Round-trip airfare to Kenya

∙ Purchasing land in the village

∙ Construction of the pastoral home

∙ Building and furnishing the school with essential supplies

As it says in Matthew 25:35–36:

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in…”

Hola, mi nombre es Leticia Bravo. Vivo en California y he dedicado mi vida a servir a los demás, tanto como misionera como Asistente de Enfermería Certificada durante más de 30 años. Cuidar de las personas, ya sea a través de la sanidad física o del apoyo espiritual, siempre ha sido mi vocación.

A lo largo de los años, he tenido el privilegio de participar en numerosos viajes misioneros. He apoyado el Centro de Rehabilitación La Esperanza en Tijuana, México, proveyendo artículos esenciales para hombres y mujeres en proceso de recuperación. También he viajado a Cuba para llevar regalos y necesidades básicas a niños que lo necesitan. Siempre que ha sido posible, he hecho donaciones a iglesias, buscando compartir amor y esperanza donde más se necesita.

Recientemente, debido a una lesión, no he podido seguir trabajando, lo cual ha hecho difícil para mí contribuir económicamente como quisiera a la obra misionera que tanto amo. A pesar de este obstáculo, siento en lo profundo de mi corazón el llamado de seguir sirviendo — porque la necesidad es mayor que nunca.

Ese llamado también me llevó a fundar Go Serve Global, una organización sin fines de lucro dedicada a llevar esperanza, sanidad y recursos a comunidades necesitadas alrededor del mundo. Este GoFundMe es una extensión directa de esa misión.

Tengo planeado viajar a finales de mayo o principios de junio — si logro recaudar los fondos necesarios — al pueblo de Malava, en el condado de Kakamega, Kenia, para ayudar a construir una casa pastoral y una escuela para la comunidad local. Después de conversar con el pastor del área y conocer de cerca las dificultades que enfrentan, supe que este es el lugar al que Yahweh me está guiando.

Mi misión es simple: llevar esperanza donde hay necesidad y sembrar semillas de fe, educación y amor que perdurarán por generaciones.
