Building Hope: A Safe Place for Survivors

I am raising funds for my first property, wherein I intend to help survivors of domestic violence.

As a survivor of multiple instances of domestic violence, I know only too well what it is like to feel trapped, scared, alone... it is my goal to help others in my area to have a place to go, someone to turn to.

Domestic violence comes in many forms people never realize; not just hitting or physically harming someone. Threats against your children or pets, control over your finances, your ability to leave when you please or eat, even shower. These are all abuse and NO ONE deserves to go through it.

My ultimate goal would be a large property where I build multiple tiny homes, gardens, greenhouses and animals pens for self sustained living. I have counselors, security, builders and volunteers ready to help.

Even $5 makes a difference to someone facing these horrors alone and dreading each day, perhaps even wishing to end their lives in fear they will never be free any other way.

I know these feelings. I know this pain only too well and as much as I never wish to feel it firsthand again.. I wish even more to save others.
