In 2025 I went with our church group to Honduras. It was a life changing trip to say the least. Our primary purpose was to build homes for local families in need. These weren't elaborate homes like you and I are used to. They were 16' x 16' brick homes with a metal roof. They had no electricity or running water and some of them would house families of 8 people! In most cases it was an upgrade to their current situation and THEY WERE THANKFUL!!

I plan to go again this summer! I will take care of my own travel expenses ($1800) but I want to raise enough additional money to build one house which is approximately $2600.
