Building another Fire Caddy for James Smith community
Donation protected
Hello, this is Lois bird in Tyrone Bird we are wanting to raise money for James Smith Cree Nation to build an extra fire caddy for their community. We are starting to make some ripples in First Nation Fire Suppression, and for 35 years we dreamed of the day where we could rescue ourselves. Our company motto is. To bring glory to our Heavenly Father and help First Nation Communities Rescue themselves.
We have two that are getting designed right now to help with the fires. But we are wanting to make an extra one to strengthen their fire department in James Smith Cree Nation. These fire caddies are custom-made by my husband, Tyrone Bird. Extremely reliable, functional and easy to use and are put in a back of a truck to get to fires that are hard to reach or to someone’s home quickly.
James Smith has lost a few homes due to this fire this year and we understand the chief is trying his best to protect his community members.
My husband, Tyrone Bird and I have a crazy amount of love for God and communities around Saskatchewan and want to give James Smith a little more support and love to protect their community.
