In loving memory of Hanaa Bahraq

Our hearts are shattered by the sudden passing of our beloved Hanaa. Her loss has deeply impacted all of us, and our community is grieving someone who brought so much light, kindness, and beauty into the lives of everyone around her.

To honor Hanaa’s memory, we are raising $4,000 to build a water well on her behalf through Muslim Hands USA as sadaqah jariyah (a continuous charity) that we pray continues to benefit her for years to come.

The Prophet ﷺ taught us that when a person passes away, their deeds come to an end except for three, one of them being ongoing charity. We pray that every drop of water drawn from this well becomes a source of reward, mercy, and light for Hanaa in her grave, and that it continues to elevate her rank in the Hereafter.
