Building a path back to independence
Donation protected
Hey yall!! My name is Stephanie, my co-worker, Angela, has the sweetest mom (Ms. Elsie) you could ever meet! Although she's 79 years old, she's very relatable with everyone and always makes you feel like you just met your new best friend! She just a great person overall!
Well, unfortunately, she endured a terrible fall on October 1st. The fall resulted in her having a broken hip/femur and a brain bleed. This accident happened outside as she was attempting to go inside. She has since had surgery on her hip and her bleeding is under control. She is a very independent woman and would like to still enjoy a sense of her independence, especially after this has occured.
Nevertheless, another co-worker (Brian) and I thought it would be appropriate to spread the word and recieve donations towards getting 2 new ramps built for her with new railings. To allow her access her home.
The cost is $2,000. Anything (even if it's $10.00) is appreciated towards reaching our goal. I'm sure she would tell us not to do this because she'll "figure out a way to get it done". But we want to bless her with this huge weight lifted from her shoulders so she can focus more on recovery. She (Ms. Elsie) has raised an amazing daughter (my co worker, Angela) who is a blessing to have as not only a very close friend but to share a work relationship with as well. This is the least (I believe) we can do to show both of them how truly grateful we are to have them in our lives.

Thank you for taking the time to read this far and PLEASE if you know Angela, Ms. Elsie (or Terry!) dont share this with them!!! We would like to keep this as discret as possible so that she doesnt try to do this on her own!!! God Bless and let's smash this goal!
