Hello everyone, welcome on our page!

We are three women with one shared mission: to give abandoned and street cats in Gran Canaria a chance to live in a home, heal, be safe and be loved. In a small village on the island, we found a group of cats who were barely surviving. They were living on the street, not fed, not cared for, and sick. Without intervention, they simply would not have made it.

So we took action:

We rescued all those 10 precious cats from that village and built a safe, warm shelter near the airport area of Gran Canaria. Our little refuge is now their home, filled with soft beds, toys, good food, and more love and cuddles than they have ever known. For the first time in their lives, they are safe, warm, well fed, happy, and truly cared for.

But we urgently need help

Caring for 10 cats is incredibly costly. Medicine, food, litter, and daily supplies add up quickly. Several of the cats were very sick when we rescued them and needed immediate medical treatments. Their vet bills were extremely high, and we are still paying them off in parts. While new bills continue to arrive for those still receiving ongoing medical care.

We are doing everything from our own pockets, but the financial burden has become overwhelming. It’s affecting our daily lives in a way we cannot sustain alone anymore. This is why we are asking for your help.

Hallo zusammen und herzlich willkommen auf unserer Seite!

Wir sind drei Frauen mit einer gemeinsamen Mission: Wir möchten ausgesetzten und streunenden Katzen auf Gran Canaria die Chance auf ein Zuhause geben, in dem sie gesund werden, sich sicher fühlen und geliebt werden.

In einem kleinen Dorf auf der Insel fanden wir eine Gruppe Katzen, die ums Überleben kämpfte. Sie lebten auf der Straße, wurden nicht gefüttert, nicht versorgt und waren krank. Ohne unsere Hilfe hätten sie es nicht geschafft.

Deshalb haben wir gehandelt:

Wir haben alle zehn Katzen aus diesem Dorf gerettet und in der Nähe des Flughafens von Gran Canaria ein sicheres, warmes Zuhause aufgebaut. Unser kleines Shelter ist nun ihr Zuhause, gefüllt mit weichen Betten, Spielzeug, gutem Futter, viel Liebe und Streicheleinheiten wie noch nie zuvor. Zum ersten Mal in ihrem Leben sind sie sicher, warm, gut genährt, glücklich und werden wirklich umsorgt.

Die Versorgung von zehn Katzen ist unglaublich kostspielig. Medikamente, Futter, Katzenstreu und der tägliche Bedarf summieren sich schnell. Einige der Katzen waren sehr krank als wir sie retteten und benötigten sofortige medizinische Behandlung. Die Tierarztkosten waren extrem hoch und wir zahlen sie immer noch in Raten ab. Gleichzeitig treffen ständig neue Rechnungen für die Katzen ein, die weiterhin medizinische Versorgung benötigen.

Wir finanzieren aktuell alles aus eigener Tasche, aber die finanzielle Belastung ist erdrückend geworden.

Somos tres mujeres con una misión en común: brindarles a los gatos abandonados y callejeros de Gran Canaria la oportunidad de vivir en un hogar, sanar, estar seguros y ser amados. En un pequeño pueblo de la isla encontramos un grupo de gatos que apenas sobrevivía. Vivían en la calle, sin comida, sin cuidados y enfermos. Sin intervención, simplemente no habrían sobrevivido.

Así que actuamos:

Rescatamos a esos 10 preciosos gatos y construimos un refugio seguro y cálido cerca de la zona del aeropuerto de Gran Canaria. Nuestro pequeño refugio ahora es su hogar: lleno de camas suaves, juguetes, buena comida y más amor y abrazos que nunca. Por primera vez en sus vidas, están seguros, calentitos, bien alimentados, felices y verdaderamente cuidados.

Pero necesitamos ayuda urgentemente.

Cuidar a 10 gatos es increíblemente costoso. Los medicamentos, la comida, la arena y los suministros diarios se acumulan rápidamente. Varios de los gatos estaban muy enfermos cuando los rescatamos y necesitaban tratamiento médico inmediato. Sus facturas veterinarias fueron extremadamente altas y aún las estamos pagando en partes. Mientras tanto, siguen llegando nuevas facturas por aquellos que todavía reciben atención médica.

Estamos haciendo todo de nuestro propio bolsillo, pero la carga financiera se ha vuelto abrumadora. Está afectando nuestra vida diaria de una manera que ya no podemos sostener solas. Por eso pedimos su ayuda.
