I’ve always been someone who creates, restores, and nurtures things—whether that’s through my work, my art, or the way I care for the people and places around me. Over the years, that instinct has grown into a deeper calling: to steward a small piece of land and restore it into a living habitat that supports pollinators, native plants, and honeybees.
Bees are more than honey producers—they are vital to our food system and our ecosystems. Yet they are disappearing at alarming rates due to habitat loss, chemicals, and lack of native forage. I want to be part of the solution by creating a small, thoughtfully managed apiary surrounded by native grasses and wildflowers—a space where bees can thrive and where the land itself can heal.
This dream didn’t come from nowhere. I’ve spent years learning, researching, and planning—about beekeeping, native plants, and sustainable land care. What’s been missing isn’t commitment or effort; it’s access to land and the upfront resources needed to begin. Like many people who care deeply about conservation, I don’t have inherited land or surplus funds—but I do have the determination to build something meaningful, responsibly, and with transparency.
Your support will help me take the first real steps:
Securing or preparing land suitable for an apiary
Establishing native plantings for pollinator forage
Purchasing initial beekeeping equipment and hive infrastructure
Creating a long-term, low-impact stewardship plan
This project isn’t about profit. It’s about responsibility—to the land, to the bees, and to future generations who deserve healthy ecosystems. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps turn an idea rooted in care into something living and sustainable.
If you choose to support this journey, you’re not just helping me—you’re helping create a small refuge for bees and a restored patch of prairie that will give back far more than it takes.
Thank you for believing in quiet, meaningful work and in the power of small beginnings.
