What’s up, my name is Jamir, and I’m one of the owners of MarkedxTerritory, a small family startup based in Philadelphia. This business was started by me and my cousin no investors, no shortcuts, just family, hustle, and belief in each other.

We grew up understanding that nothing is handed to you. If you want something, you work for it. That’s exactly how MarkedxTerritory was built. We do moving, hauling, junk removal, and demolition real work that requires sweat, long hours, and showing up even when it’s tough. We take pride in doing things the right way and treating people with respect.

This business means more than money to us. It’s about building something together as a family, creating stability, and changing our future. We’re trying to break cycles and build something solid that can last longer than us.

Right now, the biggest thing holding us back is not having our own dump truck.

Having our first dump truck would be a game changer. It would let us stop relying on rentals, take on bigger and better jobs, work more efficiently, and keep more money in the business instead of giving it away on fees. Most importantly, it would help us grow into something sustainable and open doors we can’t reach yet.
