My name is Ron Lash. I have devoted my life for the past 50 years to working in Human/Health services, more specifically: Addiction/Recovery services. Having founded and developed a grassroots alcohol and drug multiphase Residential Treatment Center, of which I served as the Executive Director of this nonprofit program: BiCounty Addictions Center. My experience includes work from Inpatient Intensive Inpatient to step-down Extended Care (Halfway House), to Intensive Outpatient facilitator, and finally traditional Outpatient Counseling.

Steppingstones Recovery Initiatives is organized as a nonprofit charitable organization and is developing and expanding services to provide a spiritually-based alternative to traditional treatment (government and insurance funded) programs, although designed to meet and uphold the basic standards for both, free from outside influences.
