I am reaching out for support to help bring my vision to life. My experiences have shaped my determination to create something meaningful, and I am seeking assistance from anyone willing to help me on this journey. Previously, I worked for an employer who terminated me through a text message, despite my status as one of their top earners. The abrupt dismissal left me feeling undervalued and confused, especially since I consistently worked hard and treated guests with kindness and courtesy. Now, I am employed at a company that presents itself positively but lacks genuine compassion. After attending a team meeting in February 2026, I realized that the company prioritizes its own interests above those of its employees. This revelation became especially clear following a painful interaction regarding my personal loss. On December 1, 2025, my mother passed away—she was my everything. During the team meeting in February 2026, one of the company’s owners insisted that I could have attended the Company Christmas party held on December 7, 2025, just days after my mother’s passing. This comment felt deeply insensitive and hurtful, reminding me of the lack of empathy I experienced with my previous employer. Despite being a dedicated employee for five years, I have never received the employee of the month Passion award. At the February 2026 team meeting, a new employee who has only been employed for 3 months was given this award. While I was genuinely happy for them, it was difficult not to notice that my contributions had been overlooked once again, leaving me feeling unappreciated. Rather than allowing resentment to take hold, I am channeling my hurt and pain into motivation. I am asking for anything anyone can offer to help me build something of my own and realize my vision. I vow to treat others with respect and make them feel valued, embodying the qualities that I believe define a good employer.
