BUILD THEM BACK: The Brodutch's needs our support

On October 7th, 2023, an unspeakable terror attack shook the core of Israel and good people worldwide, leading to Hagar (40), Ofry (10), Yuval (8), and Oria (4), being held hostage for 50 harrowing days. During this time, they faced horrors that are beyond words. The tragedy decimated their home, took away beloved members of their close-knit family and community through murder or kidnapping, with many still in captivity.

Finally freed on November 26h, 2023, the Brodutch family face the long, challenging journey of healing from the deep-seated trauma that will, unfortunately, be a part of their lives forever.

This fund is a beacon of hope dedicated to supporting these brave souls in their quest for healing and rebuilding their shattered lives. Every dollar raised will provide a lifeline of mental and physical support — covering housing, nourishment, clothing, and other essential needs — in the days, months, and years to come as they strive to regain a semblance of normalcy.

About the family

Hagar and her three children were abducted from their home, an event which occurred while their father was away.

Hagar is a skilled baker with a penchant for travel and camping, she cherishes spending these outdoor adventures with her family.

Ofry is Blessed with a musical aptitude, strums the guitar to the tunes of Queen, The Beatles, and John Lennon, whom he admires greatly.

Yuval has a knack for assembling intricate Lego sets, and also enjoys playing soccer and teaming up with his younger brother on the Xbox. He passionately supports the Hapoel Be'er Sheva soccer team.

Oria enjoys kicking a soccer ball alongside his big brother or savoring ice cream with his family, finding joy in these simple moments.
