BUILD THEM BACK: Margalit Mozes needs our support
Tax deductible
On October 7th, 2023, an unspeakable terror attack shook the core of Israel and good people worldwide, leading to Margalit (77) being held hostage for 48 harrowing days. During this time, she faced horrors that are beyond words. The tragedy decimated her home, took away beloved members of her close-knit family and community through murder or kidnapping, with many still in captivity.
Finally freed on November 24th, 2023, Margalit now faces the long, challenging journey of healing from the deep-seated trauma.
Every dollar raised will provide a lifeline of mental and physical support—covering housing, nourishment, clothing, and other essential needs—in the days, months, and years to come as they strive to regain a semblance of normalcy.
About Margalit
Margalit was abducted from her home in Nir Oz. As a cancer survivor, she was left without her medication for 48 days. A fervent believer in coexistence, Margalit volunteered her time knitting wool hats for premature babies at Tel Hashomer.
Now, more than ever, Margalit needs our unwavering support. Every donation, regardless of its size, is a step towards showing Margalit that she is not alone, that we empathise with her pain, and stand firm with them in their fight to rebuild their lives. Let's embrace them with a community of support that resonates with love, hope, and resilience.
All contributions are being managed by the reputable AID Coalition (EIN 93-1616002). Rest assured, every penny will reach the freed hostages (or their legal guardians if minors) or be applied for their benefit (no administrative fees are being retained by AID-Coalition), ensuring that the families receive the support they desperately need.
Let’s reassure them that they are not alone, and that we stand with them, not just through the harrowing time, but through their recovery ordeal as well. Plus, your kind gesture is tax deductible.
