You can make a difference by donating today to Vermont Museum of Natural History.

Our Turkey Vulture, Indigo, suffered a car strike that broke their wing. Due to this, Indigo has been deemed non-releasable and has come to live at the Pool Nature Center.
Vultures are migratory birds, which means that Indigo needs a sturdy and warm home. We want to make this new enclosure capable for public viewing so that Indigo can educate all of the visitors that attend the Pool Nature Center and continue to have a fulfilling life with us.

The Museum has received a very generous offer by an anonymous local donor to match up to $6,000 of any donations given to this fundraiser.

The Museum encourages an appreciation and understanding of nature through exhibition at our West Marlboro, VT site and through educational programming throughout the region. Our natural science, environmental and live animal presentations and workshops see over 20,000 people a year!
