Why me?

I’ve spent nearly 15 years working with nonprofits from the inside - as a strategist, designer, fundraiser, and culture consultant. I’ve seen how good intentions get lost in broken communication. I’ve also seen what’s possible when teams are aligned, systems are clear, and culture is healthy.
