Welcome to the next phase for law enforcement. I need to get this app made by people who know what they're doing with mobile apps. Which means I need to be able to pay them. Once I have a functional copy of the app, it'll be hard distribution and advertisement mode. I just need something tangible. The reason for the high goal is because this app will also need some infrastructure. And the infrastructure will need to be run by others that should be paid for their efforts. And to get those people paid I'll need someone who knows how to get all that done (and they should be paid also). We're truly getting in on the ground floor here folks and I'm building something that will transform the entire country!
